All students and faculty now have a premier, web-based research database at their fingertips. Web of Science provides access to 10,000 journals and conference proceedings worldwide – and enables online research on the sciences, social sciences, arts and humanities. With input from campus librarians, UT administrators signed a three-year contract to expand Web of Science access from the UT Knoxville and Chattanooga campuses and provide it system-wide to all campuses, saving money on maintenance costs. This marks the first time a library resource contract has been purchased by the System for use statewide.
